RETURN & REFUNDS

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order  and  let me know the reason  you would like to return your item(s)

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused, in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

If items are returned and found not to meet this criteria, refund will be declined.

To request a return please contact me first at hello@gorgeouscreations.co.uk 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a tracked method; lost returns cannot be refunded.

Returning Samples and Non Greetings Cards

If you are unhappy with your sample, or no longer want it, you can return it to us for a full refund as long as:

  • Item is returned within 7 days of receipt
  • Item is in original packaging, unopened and in a re-iteisaleable condition

Returning Personalised Greetings Cards and stationery

Due to the nature of personalised cards refunds will only be issued if there is a print error issue on my part, especially where there has been proof approval received before printing. 

Before a refund can be issued on a personalised greeting cards I will need:

  • a picture showing the error on your item

Due to the nature of personalised wedding and social stationery refunds will only be issued if there is a print error issue on my part, especially where there has been proof approval received before printing.
